Our Team is constantly looking to improve our service for our clients. Together with the excellent Culinary Institute “In Cucina” we created some tasty ideas to be combined with your golf holidays in Italy!

What, Who and Where is “In Cucina”?

The School of Culinary Art “In Cucina” is an internationally recognized and established educational project based in Como, Italy. Born in the very heart of the Culinary Institute of Como. esteemed to be one of the best in Italy. the mission of their brand is to make everyone fall in love with the kitchen: from amateur to cooking enthusiasts, to those who consider themselves already experienced and want to deepen their  technical knowledge, key to stimulate creativity.

Chef Daniele Gasparini

A key figure  and the backbone of the project, Daniele Gasparini is a professional and accomplished Chef with decades of experience. He began his training at an early age, starting from the lowest levels in the kitchen hierarchy up to today, where he has reached the status of recognized and respected chef, with a very personal idea of cooking, which has roots in the traditional Italian cuisine, but influenced by innovative flavours, flanked by technical perfection.

During the cooking classes Chef Gasparini is able to entertain while teaching! To help him during the course of the lessons and maintain a smooth flow, there will also be some students of the fifth year of Culinary Institute Como, fully trained cooks, who will function as supporting eyes and hands for you and your teacher!

What are their services?

The main activity of the Culinary Institute “In Cucina” is to organize Cooking Classes for any request. Among the most requested packages are:

  • Corporate Team Building and Incentives
  • Cooking lessons for small and large groups of tourists (held in English)
  • Cooking lessons in Italian
  • Cooking classes for small groups in Villa
  • Cooking lessons for children from 5 to 10 years old

Attention please!

One of the missions of the School of Culinary Art “In Cucina” is to prepare its students for the real business world. Therefore, during the cooking classes, students from the other brand of the Institute, the Foreign Language High School, will be your interpreters. They are very skilled students of the 5th year, armed with the proper vocabulary to help you understanding the instructions of the chefs and to assist you with any question!

Their expertise falls in the following languages: English, French, German, Spanish and Chinese.

How does the partnership benefit your Golf Holiday

The partnership between Golf in Italy and The School of Culinary Art “In Cucina” benefits the golfers who want to vary their trip by experiencing an unusual activity.

We created many tours that include a private cooking course both for small and larger groups.

Besides, keep in mind that any tour or package we organise in Italy can include a cooking class offered at the best prices, thanks to the relationships the institute has all over the country with the other cooking schools.

What are you going to prepare?

Well, the choice is broad. Depending on the size of the group, we can arrange the lesson(s) in 3 different kitchens:

  • Cucina “Al Casnati”: this kitchen is quite a big kitchen of a real restaurant where up to 50 participants can be accommodated easily as it is divided in different areas depending on the preparations. Appetizers, first dishes, second dishes, sauces, desserts, bread and pizza.
  • Cucina “Zanussi”: the kitchen consists in 2 rooms: a regular kitchen and a bakery. The regular kitchen can host a maximum of 25 participants, each one with a working space equipped with two fires. and it’s ideal for a more academic class as each participants will follow the instructions the chef gives. Similarly to “Al Casnati”, here you can work on different preparations: appetizers, first dishes, sauces, bread and pizza. In the other room, there’s a bakery equipped with four electric ovens.
  • Cucina “Novati”: the little brother of the facility group. It can hosts a maximum of 20 participants and it’s perfect for preparing appetizers,  first dishes, sauces and desserts.
